 Singer Beyonce Knowles, former member of the group Destiny's Child, looks a bit different if we compare older pictures with more recent ones.  Her nose before used to look bigger and thicker, now the bridge as the tip look more defined suggesting a nose job or rhinoplasty, this change looks great on her because she looks completely natural and not with an excess of plastic surgery.  Also her lips look thinner than before and many of her fans think that she got some lip reduction, but we can't forget that both (nose and lips) can be changed to make them look more defined or thinner with make up.

 

whether or not she got a breast augmentation since we only have pictures to compare, but her breast size is definitely bigger now than it was before, what make us doubt is that she also gained weight since those previous pictures and her breasts do look natural sometimes, of course if she wears a push up bra her breast are going to look more round but in more regular clothes ("regular" for her) her breasts looks like natural breasts would look.  We will keep looking for new public appearances to see if we can find some changes here.

Natural food chef and TV personality Bethenny Frankel recently posed for a PETA add, on it she looks fabulous, and let's remember that she is not 20, but not everybody think that her body is 100% natural, some people think that she has not only good food habits, but also a good plastic surgeon. 

Comparing her body on the movie Hollywood Hills 90028, we can't see the natural sagging of breast her size, this could be the result of a procedure such as a mastopexia, which lift the breasts not necessarily but in many case using breast implants. 

Her face looks basically the same, we don't think she got any major plastic surgery procedure, but she could be regular user of botox injections and laser treatments to smooth her skin, which should be good enough considering her diet.

Many people think that USA president, Barack Obama got some plastic surgery (rhinoplasty) before his campaign for the presidency started.  Nobody can be completely sure, but we don't think so.  First, it is hard to say only with pictures, especially because they were taken with too much time between them.
Now, if we see pictures with similar angles and expressions there is not a big difference, his nose may look more defined in some of them, but the change is so subtle that we can't be sure.

Obama has been in the public eye for quite long, making it a bit harder to say that he got the procedure done recently, because of the time that he would need to recover from surgery.  If he got a rhinoplasty, it was a very good surgery and the surgeon should be congratulated for a proportional and natural result.

Life and Style Weekly has reported that singer Avril Lavigne may have had plastic surgery.  We need to agree with many people that her nose now seems to be more proportionate with the rest of her features.

In the previous picture, her nose looks too short and round, her tip lack definition.  In more recent pictures it is more proportional and thinner at the tip.  

Some magazines have said that this new look is part of the model part of her career, lately she has taken some really beautiful pictures (For example for the Italian VF magazine).  In those pictures she looks great, you could even forget that she is a singer to think that she is actually some famous model.  We must admit that the pictures really make us think twice if she had a rhinoplasty as rumors say or not.

Many plastic surgery rumors surrounding actress Audrina Patridge, but about it she said: "People think I've got my nose done. My chin done. I just laugh at it. I'm just losing my baby fat - everyone grows up and changes. There's always rumors. People are always going to point things out and it's entertainment. It's funny. Doesn't bother me. Anyhow... she didn't mention her breasts, and they do look bigger than before, the big question is if they are breast implants or just different angles/bikini photos, what make us have doubts is that in some pictures her breast are already big but shows that classical sagging of naturally big breast, but then in latest pictures they are better projected, there is an option that maybe she got a mastopexia without the breast implants.  

About her face we don't think that she went for a rhinoplasty since her nose looks basically the same, her eyes used to look a bit weird in some pictures before and now they look better, but we think that is something about make up and not some eye surgery procedure.

Star from Disney's production "High School Musical" Ashley Tisdale got a nose job (rhinoplasty).  She admitted only a septoplasty (to correct a deviated septum) as other stars as Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Aniston said when they got plastic surgery.  Her surgery was followed by online comments saying that she may get HIV infected with the procedure, situation that was denied by Tisdale's rep.

Ashley had the procedure in Nov 2007 to correct a deviated septum, but she also smooth out the bump on her bridge (fractured as a teenager), making the procedure also cosmetic by some people posting their opinion online, to which she said: "[Tabloids] have doctors talk about what they think I did with my surgery, but they did not examine me... They don't know what I have inside my nose... It's very irresponsible for a medical professional to comment on someone whom they have not examined," notes Tisdale's rep, Scott

She commented to People Magazine: "Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing...The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose..."I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose...I want my fans to know the truth. I'm not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me."

She also commented about the rumors of her having more jobs done: "People are saying I had another nose job and I did not. That's ridiculous... "I was away in New Zealand filming a movie (They Came From Upstairs) and so people think I went away to have more work done. But I didn't."  And about breast augmentation: "Look at me... Does it look like it to you? No! It's ridiculous. I'm not for plastic surgery. I'm not going to get another surgery. I can promise you that."

It can be hard for some people believe that Arlene doesn't have any major plastic surgery procedure done to her face before, but she doesn't close that window: 'One day I am go to go in and say, “Start at the ankles and don’t stop until you have got to the top.”'
About plastic surgery in general she commented: "It’s hard being on the show all the time because every time you’re on TV it’s like looking in the mirror and you look for every crease, every line, every drop... Everyone should be free to choose what they do. I'm one of those people who will read a magazine and if it's not too pricey, I'll try it."

Some people say that actress Anne Hathaway got plastic surgery to achieve her image: a rhinoplasty, lips augmentation and even breast implants.

She have said that she used to want plastic surgery:  “I wanted a nose job, but now, my nose is what lets me change my face a lot - and I can be glamorous as Agent 99 [in Get Smart], then look rough as a drug addict for (director) Jonathan Demme [in upcoming Rachel Getting Married]... Your face needs to have character if you’re an actor - otherwise you’re just a face...”  

We don't think that she got anything done, her body and face don't have any important change like to be product of plastic surgery.  Her lips are full, sometimes they look fuller but it can be result of the make up that she is wearing in those occasions.
About her breast, we don't think that she got implants either because we don't see any of the classical signs for breast augmentation.  She is still so young though, so who knows if she get something done in the future.

There have been rumors for a while that actress AnnaLynne McCord had some plastic surgery, she looks so great that some people may believe it...

Besides all the rumors, we think that AnnaLynne remains natural, at least for the moment.  Her breast size is completely proportional to her body frame and haven't changed through the years to think that it is the result of breast implants, she is also known for using breast shape enhancers to "fill up" a bit more when she considers it appropriate.

The other procedure that has been on the web is about lip fillers, it is possible that she got some kind of lip augmentation, but nothing permanent we think, since she looks completely natural most of the time, in the case that she got it done, thanks to the surgeon that it was not overdone.

Tennis star, Anna Kournikova said that she didn't have plastic surgery in an interview to Sports Illustrated: "I'm not married, not pregnant, didn't have a boob job, no Botox. What else?"  And about the obsession that some celebrities have to look perfect always she said:  "Why are people afraid of getting older? You feel wiser. You feel more mature. You feel like you know yourself better... You would trade that for softer skin? Not me!"

She got good genes and doing sports from so young just help her more.  She started when she was about 10 years old to play tennis and as young as 15 she started to win big.   

We need to admit that there is a size difference on her breast in all these pictures, but it could be due to weight gain, in some of them she is actually thinner than now. Also, this difference is changing to be bigger to be smaller, a sign that it may be because the use of different kind of bra.

Finally, about her face, there is not substantial change on her features, same eyes, same now, same lips. At least, that's what we think based only on the pictures.

We have seen actress Anna Farris evolve through the years changing a bit from time to time, making the media wonder if she has gotten some plastic surgery procedures to improve her image. From breast implants to lip augmentation, some people say sometimes she doesn't even look like her self in some pictures.

From her first Scary Movie to now days her breast size is definitely bigger, so we think that she got some breast implants, not too much, just perfect size for her body frame, probably under the muscles giving her a more natural look.

In some pictures there is also a change on her lips, probably she got something not permanent done, including the possibility of enhancing gloss and make up tricks, since she usually go back to her usual lips size with time.
We think that's all, there have been also rumors about a rhinoplasty, if it is the case, it was something very subtle, because we see the same shape on her facial features than before.

It seems that time is not passing for her, Angelina is aging very gracefully and many people have been wondering for years if plastic surgery may have been helping her.  Her nose definitely looks thinner in the tip and that could be the result of nose surgery or rhinoplasty. Some people are also saying that she has cheek implants. But as we were mentioning earlier, a weight difference can accentuate facial features, though cheek implants are probably one of the easiest procedures to hide when done well.

We think that her lips are 100% natural and not the result of lip augmentation, since they look pretty much the same in the pictures comparing before and after. Anyhow, her whole appearance is the same, so for any possible procedure she might underwent we can only say congratulations to the surgeon for a great job.

Some people ask us to write about tennis player Ana Ivanovic and her plastic surgery, but to be honest, we don't think that this serbian beauty has any procedure done.
Ivanovic is one of the world top tennis players but she is also one of the most beautiful girls playing in the last couple of years.

 Ana's frame looks very natural and there is nothing that makes us suspect any surgery, not breast implants or facial plastic surgery procedures. 
She is also very young, on her early 20s is hard that she would need some little help from minor procedures such as botox injections.

 Comparing pictures of her some years ago the only difference that we see is that she is growing up, her features are different and maybe is that what makes her special.  She looks more mature and possibly thinner, but her nose, eyes and everything looks the same to us.

The singer Amerie seems to has had a nose surgery (nose job) probably after the release of her album "All I have" in 2002.  In the more recent picture her nose looks thinner and the bridge more projected and curved.  The tip also looks more defined and raised.  In the previous picture her nose lacked definition.
Many celebrities have plastic surgery procedures nowadays, sometimes they don't even resemble themselves afterwards; we think that Amerie with her nose job, definitely improved her image preserving her overall look.

 English actress and Britain's Got Talent judge, Amanda Holden admitted to The Daily Mail some time ago to have some plastic surgery to improve her image:  “I have had Botox, which I’m happy to admit. It’s running out now, though - I need to go again.” She looks so great that make us wonder if maybe that was it or she got something else don, although she said that she wouldn't get more invasive procedures due to keloid scarring.

Born in 1971, she started to perceive some wrinkles and expression lines more than she would like and she decided just to give her face some "maintenance": "It’s like cleaning your teeth - maintenance... It’s like getting your roots done. I think as long as you don’t go stupidly over the top…I can move my face.”
There are rumors that she had some lip augmentation but she said that she didn't:  "I've never had my lips done and it really p***es me off that everyone thinks I have... My lips are thinner than when I was younger... "I've never had fillers either."

 There have been rumors on the media that actress Alyssa Milano is a frequent user of plastic surgery procedures, specially botox injections. Comparing some of her pictures, we don't see any major change, but with the pass of time we do see that her expression looks a bit weir, she is still young tho, with a combination of good exercise, good diet and of course good genes, you could get a flawless skin for a long time, but as we say that strange look on her expression could be the result of not well applied botox injections.

For the moment it looks that it is all that she got done, her breasts looks the same and her body frame doesn't show any change suggesting breast implants, liposuction or other procedures.

It was a busy weekend for weddings, first Chelsea Clinton and it turned out that also singer Alicia Keys was getting married.There are still not many pictures out there about that one, but she was stunning for sure. Alicia, known for her beautiful voice and talent, is also a very beautiful woman, but the difference with pictures of her when she was younger, makes many people wonder if she got some plastic surgery done to enhance her look or it was just the result of natural development.

 We found this pictures of her when she was a girl and the biggest difference that we see is on her nose, but these pictures are so separate from each other in time, and taken when she was so young, that it would be hard to tell if she got a rhinoplasty at some point (if she did in fact, probably at the beginning of her career) or if her nose just changed while she was growing up, gaining more definition.

Looking at pictures in different angles, lights and make up, we see that her nose changes, suggesting that she could be using the help of a make up artist to add that extra definition or projection when she thinks she needs it.  In case that she in fact had a nose job, it was well done, since her nose keeps the proportions with the rest of her face and it doesn't look excessively thin.

Couple of years a go Lindsay Lohan's little sister made many people wonder if she got breast implants, now, she did it again! With pictures of her last visit to Lindsay in jail, she has everybody wondering if she got a breast augmentation, her look is the result of the wonderbra or she is just still growing up. Looking at her facial features, there is also something that makes her look even more like her sister than before. 

 

Comparing pictures from 2007, 2008 and finally 2009, there is a big difference on her breast size, she is just in the age were many teenagers experience a change on their bodies at an incredible speed, so that is not what make us think that she could have breast implants, but the projection and excessive upper roundness that seems to come together with the size. This look can be achieved with special tricks or just a wonder bra, so, she still have the benefit of the doubt.  It would be a bit too much, in our point of view, to have a 16 years old girl to plastic surgery just to enhance her look, while she is obviously still growing up and doesn't have the adequate perspective to take such a decision. From the pictures visiting Lindsay in jail, there is no consistency and her breasts look more natural in the last pictures, but in other visits she was mostly hiding from the cameras, now she looks happy and smiling... So, was this her post plastic surgery debut or she is just happy that Lindsay has less days ahead in prison?

 

But she is not a newcomer in stars plastic surgery world, since she was before rumored to have had lip injections, and comparing some of her pictures it looks like she did, her upper lip looks out of proportion comparing to the lower one specially in the corners, the good thing is that this is something not permanent and now she doesn't have that look, well, at least not always.

For some indian model and actress Aishwarya Rai is still one of the most beautiful woman on earth and is a fact that she is aging really well, but we can't be sure if all that beauty is natural or have been enhanced by some plastic surgery.

Since the days she won Miss World, back in 1994 she was rumored to have had some work done on her face with cheek implants, but we couldn't find pictures were she looked different then, her cheek bones look high from the beginning.  Another rumor have been about a rhinoplasty, but again we don't see any major change on her nose.  She is still young for other major procedures such as a face lift, but she could be using botox injections already in a subtle way to maintain her face wrinkle free.

Many celebrities are a bit shy to talk about the plastic surgery procedures that they have gone to, but former America´s Top Model champ, Adrianne Curry is happy to discuss about her breast augmentation.  She said for US weekly magazine that she went for it because there was a size difference between her breasts.

Most women have a size difference on her breast, and that is considered completely normal, although it can be annoying many of them who go for plastic surgery to correct the difference.

“When I woke up, I was screaming in pain and they shot me up with morphine,” she said for US weekly magazine. ”Later I was prescribed Percocet and Valium, but I think because I was addicted to cocaine and heroin as a teenager, they didn’t really affect me.” 

Plastic Surgery Experience can change a lot between patients, the lucky ones don´t feel any kind of problems, but the rest can experience from some discomfort to lot of pain, the good news are the pain control medications available.

Adrianne said that  she was happy with the procedure because “it’s amazing to look down and think, ‘Oh God. I don’t have deformed boobs anymore!’”.  Congratulations to her and her plastic surgeon for a great job and a happy patient!
