Holly Madison Plastic Surgery Before and After Boobs and Nose Job

There are some highlights from Holly Madison’s "Life & Style" interview about her plastic surgery procedures  below:

On going under the knife: "When I was younger, I was the first person in my class to start getting boobs, so I thought I was going to be huge. But I stopped growing before everybody else started. That was a big letdown… I compared myself to those [Playboy playmates]. I knew what I wanted to look like and was kind of disappointed. I had a butt and no boobs. Plastic surgery made it easier for me to get things I wanted in my career. Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today…

Holly Madison is known by many people from being one of the Girls of the Playboy Mansion and she didn't get there for her natural beauty, but after several plastic surgery procedures.

The most obvious surgery is probably the breast implants because her breasts show all the signs of breast augmentation, from the excessive roundness to the lack of sagging for breast that size. On body procedures she is also rumored to have had a liposuction.

Comparing older pictures with the image that we get to know she looks very different, the ultimate blond hair catch the eyes fast, but the difference are on her nose and lips, suggesting a rhinoplasty or nose job and lip injections.  At her age it is not unusual for people in the entertainment industry to have botox injections, so we think that she could be also taking some from time to time.

 My nose photographed really big in front of my face. If I wanted to do anything in the entertainment industry, I needed to get it fixed. I was definitely happy with the results. It made me more confident. And a lot of doors open when you look a certain way."

On future enhancements: "I wouldn’t consider more surgery – unless my body implodes after I have kids! And I’m scared of getting stuff [like Botox] put into my face. It makes you look like you have a rubber mask on. Beauty is truly on the inside. Looks don’t define you – they’re just a tool to get what you want."


Holly Madison is busting out

I’m not sure what is going on here with Holly Madison. Ever since she’s moved to Las Vegas, she’s looked like she’s been partying too much at times and the photos below are a good example.

Holly, you lived with and dated a millionaire for eight years, so we know you have other dresses you could have worn. Boobs falling out of your clothes are not apart of the 80s look. Breast implants look weird when you try to stuff them into things.

Holly Madison’s breast implants look seriously uncomfortable. She has a narrow chest and the implants chosen for her are too wide. Her implants also look hard, as if they are encapsulated. They don’t have any real natural sag to to them and are truly bolted on.

For those of you who do not have the E! Network and can’t watch the reality tv series based around the life of Hugh Hefner and his posse of three girlfriends, you’re missing out on a very pretty lady named Holly Madison. She is Hef’s Number 1 girlfriend, which means that she shares his bedroom with him, while the other girls sleep in their own individual bedrooms.

Holly arrived at the Playboy Mansion in 2001 and become a part of the then larger stable of all blonde girlfriends jockeying for a place in Hef’s heart and magazine. She was not a bombshell like the rest of the girls, but there’s nothing that a little money can’t fix.

It looks like she has had:
1. facial fillers (to make her cheeks and under eye area fuller and younger)
2. lip augmentation
3. rhinoplasty
4. a brow lift
