Julia Roberts Plastic Surgery Before and After Botox Injection and Nose Job

On the September issue of Elle magazine, actress Julia Roberts talks a bit about her opinion on plastic surgery and botox: "It's unfortunate that we live in such a panicked, dysmorphic society where women don't even give themselves a chance to see what they'll look like as older persons. I want to have some idea of what I'll look like before I start cleaning the slates. I want my kids to know when I'm pissed, when I'm happy, and when I'm confounded. Your face tells a story... and it shouldn't be a story about your drive to the doctor's office."

Recently Julia went out to the beach revealing a great bikini body. We don´t think that it is the result of plastic surgery because we don't see any difference between this and older pictures, she has been thin always and the excess of skin that shows her belly it is most probably the result of the natural gain and subsequent weight loss after pregnancy rather than some procedures like classical liposuction or SmartLipo. There are no signs either from abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) a classical procedure after pregnancy.

Some rumors went out about her having a rhinoplasty and cosmetic dentistry but we don't think so either, she looks pretty the same in all these pictures, but who knows, maybe she is taking some non invasive procedures such as chemical peelings to maintain her youthful look.
There is nothing unusual hearing various gossip about famous Hollywood actors, this famous actress is no exception. Julia Roberts plastic surgery gossip started a while ago, when everyone started to notice that even though she is older than 40 years old, she looks the same as she did 20 years ago.

Julia Roberts is one of the most beautiful Hollywood actresses, she is best known for her roles in movies Notting Hill, Pretty Woman, Closer and many more. People started talking more about Julia Roberts plastic surgery not only because of her good looks, but also because there is a tendency – the older Hollywood stars get, the more attention they get concerning their looks and perhaps not so natural beauty. Younger Hollywood stars, for example, Katy Perry, doesn’t get as much gossip about plastic surgery.

People, who are talking about Julia Roberts plastic surgery are discussing not only what kind of surgeries she had done, but also when she had them done. Some people say that nature couldn’t have given her such perfect lips or that she couldn’t have kept her body so fit so she probably had a liposuction. Others say that her nose looks different when comparing older and newer photos of actress. However, all these talks cannot be taken for granted – there is absolutely no proof to support these theories about Julia Roberts plastic surgery.

There is a big possibility that a person can look slightly different when comparing two photos just because of the different lighting, different angle or different facial expression. People who like this kind of gossips firstly should consider this possibility instead of blaming everything on plastic surgery.

In one of the interviews she has been asked this question directly and she not only denied all the accusations about plastic surgeries, she also said that she would like to see how she will look when she gets older and that she doesn’t like that people want to look young all their lives. Also, actress said that she wouldn’t want to become emotionless. This was probably said in reference to people who use Botox injections which eventually paralyses their face muscles. When actress is being asked how she manages to look so young without plastic surgeries, she replies that this is because of good genes, healthy diet and regular exercising.

There is still no final answer on Julia Roberts plastic surgery. Maybe she is telling the truth, maybe not, but there will always be people who will create various gossips about Hollywood celebrities.

What Has Julia Roberts Had Done? Lip, Eye, Nose or Face Surgery Perhaps?

Throughout a long career in movies, Julia Roberts’ plastic surgery gossip has ranged far and wide.

Born October 28, 1967, Roberts is a viable acting sensation.  She has been one of the more bankable actresses in Hollywood and though she has three children and she’s in her mid 40s now, she looks much younger than her years and her significant body of work might suggest.

She is known for her starring appearances in movies such as Notting Hill (1999) with Hugh Grant, as would-be lawyer Erin Brockovich (2000), Closer with Jude Law (2004) and, of course, Pretty Woman with Richard Gere in 1990.

Since Hollywood is rife with gossip about cosmetic surgeries and has been ever since the days of the silver screen when Marilyn Monroe herself got plastic surgery done to enhance her classic look, accusations of plastic surgery are only too common place.  Debate and gossip even surrounds popular Hollywood icons such as Brad Pitt and George Clooney.

Older actresses always attract this sort of attention which is why there are similar questions asked about Jennifer Coolidge, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez or Meryl Streep but not younger stars like Katy Perry.
The Cosmetic Surgery Speculations

There has been considerable speculation as to what plastic surgery Julia Roberts may have had, as well as where and when.

Some people point out that her nose looks different, insinuating that she’s had a rhinoplasty, more commonly known as a ‘nose job’.

Others say that she keeps her body dramatically well, suggesting that she might have gotten liposuction.

And still other people compare her high school year book photo to some of her later shots, claiming that nature couldn’t have blessed her with perfectly swollen lips the way she has.

Now, none of this is fact and it certainly shouldn’t be taken as gospel truth.

Julia Roberts younger and older, before and after comparison
There are a lot of things that can seemingly change the way a person looks from one photograph to another.

If you’re wearing different clothes, if you’ve used different cosmetic techniques, and even the angle of the picture and the lighting in the photograph can all create looks that could, and have, been mistaken for the results of plastic surgery.

Of course in the case of some pictures, time that’s passed can result in changes to an actress’ body or face naturally. So it’s always important that you rule out any potential, natural causes before you start pointing fingers at cosmetic surgeons.
