Christina Aguilera is rumored to have had a breast augmentation and also a rhinoplasty (nose job). In these pictures the difference on her breast size is obvious, but we can't forget that she started her career when she was a teenager, we could be talking about a difference from A cups to C cups.

 The roundness and shape of her breast, especially on this picture suggest the presence of breast implants.  Christina's nose also looks more defined and thinner than before, but the change is so subtle that it could be only the result of a good make up.  She looks great in her latest public appearances, and some people have rumored that she also got lip injections, but fuller lips can be obtained with the use of special products and lip gloss.

Actor Christian Slater has been rumored to have had some plastic surgery procedures to help him maintain his look, but some of his fans think that it is only botox and his receding hairline just doesn't help him too much.

Comparing some older pictures of Christian we don't think that he got anything else done since his nose looks pretty much the same as well as other facial features.  It is more and more common between men, specially celebrities to get some plastic surgery procedure to maintain their image as they age, being botox one of the most pupular.

Many could think that British singer and TV personality Cheryl Cole is still too young to need plastic surgery, but others disagree, when so many plastic surgery procedures are becoming more and more popular between young celebrities. About the lip augmentation, she really looks different on this picture, but on the benefit of the doubt, she has denied any plastic surgery procedure and in more recent pictures her lips looks normal again.  In case that she got something done it was not permanent, or it could be that she went too far with the lip gloss

Comparing to older pictures of Cheryl, her nose looks definitely more defined now than before, situation that could be the result of weight loss or a subtle well done rhinoplasty.  About her breasts, they don't seem to big and they look proportional to her body, we couldn't find a major difference with older pictures, so in case that she got implants, it probably was earlier on her carrier.

Cher's is well known for being an icon of youth and also for what plastic surgery can do for your image, she openly admits she has become "the plastic surgery poster girl".  But the star denies she has few original parts left on her frame as some people have said and rumors saying that she had cheek implants and a rib removed simply aren't true. Looking these pictures we don't see a considerable difference on her cheeks, it is more a difference in make up.

She said: "I've had my cheekbones since I was small. And it is impossible to have a rib removed! When I heard that said of me I thought it particularly silly – but I will have to defend myself for the rest of my life against it."

About the reason she got breast implants she said: "Oh, because they got so much bigger after Chastity was born, and I couldn't bear to see them deflate." She said that the first surgery she got was a rhinoplasty (nose job), after she saw herself on film for the first time: "I looked at myself up there on that screen and thought, I'm all nose". 

She also used laser surgery to erase couple of tattoos. But about more cosmetic procedures she says se has grown tired of all the speculation about it: "It bothers me sometimes... but not enough to hold back my progress."

Born in 1970, country singer and songwriter Chely Wright is one of those celebrities who seems not to be aging, with the release of her memoir, Like me and her recently coming out of the closet (about her sexuality) she has been a lot in the spot light making many people wonder if she is using some plastic surgery procedures to help her to maintain her look.

Comparing some pictures of Chely with some more recent ones she looks basically the same, so most probably she didn't go under the knife to have some major procedure such as a rhinoplasty or breast implants, that doesn't mean that she couldn't be having some little help from botox injections or facial fillers, but again, we doubt it since her face shows some wrinkles and her skin looks like she is aging naturally.

When Hillary Clinton was in the top of the Democratic Primary Elections campaign rumors went out about her having plastic surgery to improve her image, and now, when her daughter Chelsea Clinton gets married similar rumors are out there.  Looking at some recent pictures of her, she really looks better than ever, who knows, some people say that happiness bring the best of us and that could be her case, but some others think that she got some cosmetic enhancement before her wedding.

In these older pictures we see a difference comparing with the first one, her face in general now looks more proportionate, this could be achieved with a nose job, cheek and chin augmentation. She probably got some cosmetic dentistry work done to correct her gummy smile also. We will keep looking for more pictures to compare them and see if we see any other change.

In the case that she got something done we think that her plastic surgeon did a good job, keeping it natural and not overdoing any procedure. She really looks amazing on her wedding photos.

There are some rumors over the net that actress Charlize Theron may have gone under the knife for some plastic surgery procedures, but looking pictures from before and more recent ones, we don't think so. The changes are so subtle that it could be the result of different make up, facial expressions or just the lights.
She has that classical Hollywood beauty that not many actresses have, and we think that she is looking great through the years. About cosmetic surgery she said to Oprah: "We all go through a lot of turmoil and a lot of difficult things that maybe we'd want to forget," Charlize explains. "But you grow from those things and when you see those moments and those lines, it's not looking back at devastation. It's going, 'I've grown from this.' And so in a way … you've earned it." So apparently she do not intend go for it in the future.

So I think that in the industry I'm in, if I could bear to go under the knife, I think, "Great, knock yourself out." Born in 1969, actress Catherine Zeta Jones is still considered by many, one of the most beautiful woman on the industry, making everybody wonder if plastic surgery has anything to do with it.  But it is not only her age, she is mother of two children and it appears as time is working completely on her favor.

The biggest plastic surgery rumours about Catherine are that she got breast implants and something done to her face, this last one going from people who think that she got a blepharoplasty to the ones who think that she even got a brow lift.

About the fist, it could be that she got the breast implants and if it is the case, we think that it was a good job from the surgeon maintaining her proportions and giving a natural look.  On a recent public appearance on the beach, her breast doesn't look the classic "going up" and upper roundness of implants, but they still lack some of the natural sagging of breast this size, it could be that maybe she didn't got implants but just a mastopexia, or that she didn't got any surgery at all and she is just a good job of nature and some weight gain.

On her face we don't see the signs of any major plastic surgery procedure or big changes comparing to older pictures.  She, as many celebrities, is probably getting botox injections, but we don't think that she got eye surgery or a brow lift.

British mom of two Catherine Ommanney was cast for Real Housewives of Washington DC and she looks great for her late 30s. As many women her age, she could be using botox injections to keep a smoother skin, but we think that she doesn't have any major plastic surgery procedure.

We couldn't find pictures of her when she was younger to compare if she got a nose job, implants or another procedure, but looking what we got, she looks fit and slim and we don't see obvious signs of breast augmentation for example.

Many women with kids get what is known as "mommy makeovers" usually involving liposuction, a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty and breast lift with or without implants, even when they manage to lose the weight gained during pregnancy, these procedures are intended to eliminate excess skin and to help them improve their image after the natural changes that come with pregnancy.
