During her career actress Brittany Murphy was rumored to have had couple of plastic surgery procedures to improve her image. At some point many people though that she got a breast augmentation because of signs as excessive roundness of the upper part of her breasts, although this and the impression of bigger size may be achieved with the use of a wonder bra. 

In recent years she was also rumored to have had a lip augmentation.  After this procedure the swelling can take some time to disappear and there is a risk that the lips could be overfilled.   Lip augmentation is usually performed in the upper lip and according to the kind of product used, lips go back to their regular size after several months. 
Now, having only 32 years old she passed away, peace to her soul and strengh to her family and friends...
